We are a growing e-commerce and wholesale custom apparel company looking for a versatile Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to serve as the backbone of our New Jersey office. This is a critical dual-function role where you will manage the essential financial records of our business while providing high-level administrative support to ensure our daily operations run like a well-oiled machine. From balancing the books in QuickBooks to executing timely lead follow-up, you will be a key player in our success. Key Responsibilities:-
Manage all basic accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions with high accuracy.

Execute daily bookkeeping tasks within QuickBooks, ensuring all records are up to date and categorized correctly.

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and organizing files.

Perform proactive lead follow-up to support the wholesale sales team and maintain client momentum.

Process invoices and reconcile bank statements to ensure financial integrity.

Assist with general office work such as data entry, scheduling, and answering phone inquiries.

Support the e-commerce team with administrative tasks related to order processing and vendor coordination.

Proven experience in a bookkeeping or administrative assistant role, preferably within the wholesale or e-commerce sector.

Proficiency in QuickBooks is a strict requirement for this position.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
