Role Overview
The Director of Human Resources leads the organization's HR operations, overseeing the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. This role serves as the primary manager for employee relations, workplace resolution, talent acquisition, leave administration, and contract governance. The ideal candidate blends strategic leadership with hands-on management to foster a compliant, fair, and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal workplace complaints and policy violations.
- Talent Acquisition, Interviewing & Hiring: Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with organizational hiring goals and streamline onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- Leave Management & Time-Off Requests: Direct the administration of company time-off policies, Paid Time Off (PTO), and leave programs. Review and approve escalated time-off requests, ensuring adequate cross-departmental staffing levels.
- Contract Governance & Renewals: Monitor contract timelines and lead the review, negotiation, and renewal process for staff and executive contracts prior to expiration.
- Separations & Offboarding: Manage all involuntary terminations, layoffs, and performance-based separations
Requirements
- HR management experience required.
