Job description
We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Senior Product Manager focused on product strategy, market evaluation, and execution planning. This role is not about managing large teams. Instead, the person acts as a decision-maker and product expert who evaluates whether a product is worth building based on real market knowledge—demand, competition, pricing, and profitability. The candidate should be able to clearly determine: If a product makes business sense or should be avoided What the correct market price and positioning should be How saturated the market is and how similar products are performing When a product should be discontinued or improved If a product is approved, this person builds a clear, practical roadmap for how it should be developed and launched. The execution is handled by existing teams (sourcing, operations, manufacturing, marketing, and sales), but this role ensures everything is aligned and on track. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the global market for physical products and understands how products succeed or fail in real-world conditions. Key Responsibilities Evaluate product ideas and decide if they are financially and strategically viable Understand market competition, pricing, and demand at a global level Define product direction and create clear execution roadmaps Work with existing teams to ensure proper execution (no direct team leadership required) Monitor product performance and recommend improvements or discontinuation when needed Ensure products align with market needs, cost structure, and profitability goals Ideal Candidate Strong product strategy or product management experience in physical goods or manufacturing Deep understanding of market trends, pricing strategy, and competition Strong business judgment and ability to make clear “go / no-go” decisions Practical thinker who focuses on real-world execution, not theory Able to guide teams through clarity, not management
