Job description
About the Role We’re seeking a Senior AI Enablement Architect to design and implement the architectural frameworks, policies, and integration strategies that will govern how AI tools are adopted across our organization. You’ll work across our software development and DevOps teams to create standards and deliver practical implementations that enable innovation while maintaining security and stability. What You’ll Do Architect safe innovation frameworks – Design isolation patterns and guardrails that enable experimentation without risking production systems. Establish standards & policies – Develop comprehensive policies for tool usage, deployment pipelines, data access patterns, and AI-specific security risks (prompt injection, code generation vulnerabilities). Architect integration patterns across systems – Set the standard for how services communicate across systems, including API contracts, authentication/authorization, and data governance so integrations stay consistent and secure. Provide strategic guidance – Advise technical and business teams on architectural decisions, translating constraints into opportunities across departments. Develop templates & starter kits – Build and maintain starter repositories, shared components, and example integrations that teams can use as a starting point. Integrate AI into delivery pipelines – Work with DevOps to add the right CI/CD guardrails for AI work, including approval gates, secrets handling, safe rollout/rollback, and required automated code scanning as part of the release process. Qualifications 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in API design, microservices, and data isolation. AI fluency – Expert understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and the AI coding agent landscape. Systemic thinking – Proven ability to design frameworks that enable safe experimentation at scale. Cross-functional collaboration – Comfortable bridging infrastructure teams and business stakeholders. Security mindset – Strong knowledge of OWASP principles applied to AI-generated code and emerging LLM risks. Compensation Pay: $150,000+ annually.
