Job description

A billing company is seeking a highly autonomous System-Driven Process Owner (SDPO) to join its System-Driven Process team. This is not a traditional development role — the ideal candidate is an AI-native builder who can streamline and automate workflows by leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate execution and reduce dependency on traditional development cycles. Responsibilities: Redesign and transform operational workflows into autonomous, system-driven processes. Build and optimize automated systems that reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to replace traditional BA/PM/QA workflows with rapid execution loops. Continuously iterate, prototype, and improve systems to achieve optimal performance. Skills: Strong full-stack development experience with React, Node.js, and SQL databases. Deep familiarity with AI-native and agentic workflows. Strong ability to build, test, and iterate quickly in fast-paced environments High comfort level with automation, system design, and process optimization. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience. Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design. Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution over theory.
