Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with strong execution and critical thinking skills, proven construction experience (preferably with ground-up superstructures)

 

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Oversee project lifecycles including land acquisitions, design coordination, permitting, construction, and close-out. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Permit & Zoning Preparation: Prepare and submit building permit applications. Manage filings and presentations to the Zoning Board and Board of Appeals. Ensure compliance with local zoning codes and land-use regulations.
• Municipal & Agency Coordination: Liaise with municipalities and regulatory agencies for approvals. Manage timelines and requirements for multi-approval projects (utilities, environmental, infrastructure).
• Project Approvals & Compliance: Oversee approval-related projects. Ensure permits, filings, financial submissions, and insurance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Office Management: Supervise administrative staff, manage schedules, support project teams, maintain records, and handle client, staff, and GC communications to ensure smooth daily operations.

 

Requirements

• Construction experience (ground-up superstructures preferred)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Execution and critical thinking ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
