Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, collections, and invoicing at Bloom’s Kosher. High level fianance reporting, people management. ERP and System management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cash flow management, accounting processes, and financial accuracy. This role is crucial in ensuring that our financial operations are efficient, accurate, and compliant with all regulations. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the entire AR process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Monitor and manage outstanding receivables, proactively following up on overdue accounts. Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts and bad debts. Invoicing and Statements: Prepare and send out invoices and account statements promptly and accurately. Ensure all billing information is correct and complies with company policies and client agreements. Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing. Cash Flow Management: Analyze and understand the company’s cash flow needs and movements. Forecast cash flow requirements and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. Collaborate with other departments to align financial activities with cash flow projections. Accounting Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve current accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices in financial operations and ensure compliance with industry standards. Stay updated with the latest accounting technologies and tools to streamline processes. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure that all financial records are accurate, complete, and timely. Prepare regular financial reports and statements for management review. Maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Team Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to support overall financial goals. Provide training and guidance to junior finance staff as needed. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
