The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a large company, working closely with ownership to execute strategic vision, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: – Direct and oversee company operations across multiple markets and business units. – Develop and implement operational strategies to support growth and profitability. – Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments. – Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures. – Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. – Lead and mentor department heads and senior managers. – Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. – Collaborate with ownership on long-term strategic goals. – Lead the implementation of company-wide initiatives and support expansion into new markets.
