Job description

Attend project sites for DOB inspections, ensuring all requirements are met and inspections run smoothly
Visit active job sites to monitor vendor performance and confirm work is completed accurately and on time
Conduct pre-project walkthroughs to assess readiness and prevent delays before work begins
Serve as the link between field and office, providing clear, timely updates on project status
Ensure all administrative and compliance tasks related to projects are completed accurately and on schedule
Identify and resolve issues on-site quickly to keep projects moving without disruption
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, inspectors, and internal teams
