Key Responsibilities:

• Blueprint Review: Analyzing architectural drawings to calculate precise tile quantities (takeoffs).

• Specification Management: Identifying project-specific requirements to ensure every bid is flawless.

• Deadline Ownership: Managing multiple takeoff requests with a high sense of urgency and precision.

   

Qualifications:

• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail.

• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Communication: Strong professional written and verbal skills.

• Experience: 1+ years of prior professional work experience.
