Great new opportunity for a Systems-Driven Process Owner (SDPO). This high-velocity software engineering role is designed to redefine how our organization operates by shifting from traditional, user-driven workflows to advanced, system-driven processes. Key Qualifications: – AI-Native Pioneer: High energy and enthusiasm for adopting continuously evolving AI development methodologies, with strong comfort in agentic workflows and code-generation engineering via Claude Code. – Experienced Developer: 5+ years of hands-on, full-stack software development experience (proficiency with React, Node.js, and relational databases/SQL is highly advantageous). – Fearless Prototyper: Comfortable discarding early iterations and rebuilding processes multiple times to deliver the highest business value. – Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to act as your own BA, PM, and QA, with the comfort to navigate ambiguity and turn high-level business ideas into functional, implemented code. – Strong Systems Thinker: Passionate about operational efficiency, eliminating manual waste, and creating autonomous software architectures.
