The Instructional Designer collaborates with faculty members to enhance and maintain courses across all modalities (in-person, hybrid, online synchronous/ asynchronous) with a primary focus on educational video development and post-production. Rooted in prior teaching experience, this role focuses on creating engaging and effective course content through high-quality video and multimedia while providing hands-on support to faculty throughout their teaching. Instructional Designers are experts in instructional design, learning theory, student engagement strategies, video-based learning, and the use of Learning Management Systems.
