Maintenance Director Central NJ Full-Time | In-Office Salary: $90K–$100K DOE A growing real estate company is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee all maintenance operations across its properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience managing maintenance teams and ensuring properties are properly maintained and operating efficiently. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage maintenance staff and daily operations Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and building upkeep Ensure work orders are completed efficiently and professionally Manage vendors, supplies, and maintenance scheduling Monitor property conditions and address operational issues Maintain safety and compliance standards across properties Requirements: Experience managing maintenance teams and operations Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities Hands-on and proactive management style Real estate or property management maintenance experience preferred
