The Future-Forward Technologist: You aren't just aware of AI tools; you understand how to practically apply them to scale operations and eliminate friction. The Systems Thinker: You look at a company of a few hundred employees and see a beautifully interconnected system that can always be optimized. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 8+ years of executive leadership experience (COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent), ideally within a scaling e-commerce or digital consumer goods company with 100 or 200+ employees. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success managing multi-departmental operations (specifically supply chain, warehouse, and marketing synchronization). Tech Savvy: Proven experience implementing operational tech stacks, ERPs, and AI/automation tools to drive efficiency.
