Chief Financial Officer (CFO) A growing manufacturing company with multiple sister brands in the food industry. The corporate office is located in central New Jersey. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead the financial strategy across all our brands. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be a key strategic partner responsible for managing the company’s overall financial health and driving bottom-line growth. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the finances of all company brands - Develop, monitor, and control budgets - Make competent financial decisions and provide strategic guidance - Create accurate financial forecasts and projections - Actively participate in corporate leadership meetings, offering insights into financial performance and growth opportunities - Partner closely with the CEO to align financial strategy with the company’s vision Compensation $250,000+ base salary, commensurate with experience.
