Estimator – Construction / Masonry Englewood, NJ (Full-Time, In Office) Salary: $85K–$110K DOE We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our masonry and construction team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction estimating. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and masonry projects Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work Collaborate with project managers and department heads to develop bids Utilize estimating software and tools, including Bluebeam , for takeoffs and calculations Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation Qualifications Proven experience as a construction estimator (masonry experience a major plus) Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office bluebeam etc. Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work full-time in the office and manage multiple projects This is a full-time, in-office role offering a competitive salary with potential for growth for highly experienced candidates.
