Graphic Designer (Branding & Marketing)

Location: Bayonne, NJ (Relocating to Linden, NJ)
Salary: $80K–$110K DOE | Full-Time

A well-established branding and marketing agency with over 20 years in the industry is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional who can take a client's vision and transform it into compelling, high-quality designs across a variety of branding and marketing projects.

The ideal candidate has strong branding and advertising experience, an impressive portfolio, and enjoys collaborating with a creative team while bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Responsibilities:

• Create branding and marketing materials for a variety of clients
• Translate client ideas and concepts into creative visual designs
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative design solutions
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
• Present creative concepts and incorporate client and team feedback
• Stay current with design trends and industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
• Experience in branding and/or advertising required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Creative thinker with strong visual design skills
• Team player who collaborates well and adapts to different creative directions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
