Warehouse Manager Salary: Approximately $100,000+ per year Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager who can be a great leader and oversee all warehouse operations for our door manufacturing and distribution facility. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehouse staff supervision, safety compliance, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse personnel. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts. Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales departments to ensure efficient material flow. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on schedule. Operate and oversee warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Enforce company safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance. Monitor warehouse cleanliness and organization. Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. Resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping issues. Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 3–5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing or building materials. Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse software. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the door, window, lumber, or building products industry. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
