Site Manager – Ground-Up Construction Location: Brooklyn & Surrounding Areas Salary: $150K+ DOE | Full-Time A large real estate development company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee large-scale ground-up construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing all on-site operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large ground-up construction projects and can confidently lead subcontractors, coordinate field operations, and drive projects through completion. Responsibilities: Oversee all day-to-day on-site construction activities Manage projects from site mobilization through final completion Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards Enforce site safety and OSHA compliance Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates Review project plans and proactively resolve field issues Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership Maintain project documentation and ensure all work meets specifications Qualifications: 7+ years of experience managing large ground-up construction projects Proven experience overseeing multi-million-dollar developments Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and keep projects moving efficiently Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of construction drawings, scheduling, and safety regulations This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading development company and take full ownership of large, high-profile ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
