Site Manager – Ground-Up Construction

Location: Brooklyn & Surrounding Areas
Salary: $150K+ DOE | Full-Time

A large real estate development company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee large-scale ground-up construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing all on-site operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large ground-up construction projects and can confidently lead subcontractors, coordinate field operations, and drive projects through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day on-site construction activities
• Manage projects from site mobilization through final completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Enforce site safety and OSHA compliance
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates
• Review project plans and proactively resolve field issues
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all work meets specifications

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience managing large ground-up construction projects
• Proven experience overseeing multi-million-dollar developments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and keep projects moving efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of construction drawings, scheduling, and safety regulations
