A well-established FQHC medical facility is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join their growing healthcare team. This is a great opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and professional environment. Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating schedule is required. Responsibilities: Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including children, adults, and seniors Conduct routine checkups, preventive screenings, and vaccinations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Manage ongoing care for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EHR systems Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active New York State medical license Completion of Family Medicine residency training Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment Availability to work Saturdays as part of the schedule New Grads Welcome Salary: $250K Location: Brooklyn, NY
