Job Description Director of Inbound Sales/Customer Service – Homecare Services Location: Monsey, NY Salary: $70K–$80K A growing homecare agency providing services across multiple states is seeking an experienced Director of Inbound Sales to lead and manage incoming client inquiries and convert opportunities into new business. This role is ideal for a polished, professional sales leader who is comfortable speaking with families, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the homecare process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and the confidence to work with a diverse client base and internal team. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee inbound leads generated from marketing and advertising campaigns • Speak with potential clients and families to understand their homecare needs • Guide prospects through the enrollment process and convert inquiries into clients • Track sales activity, follow up on leads, and improve conversion rates • Work closely with operations and care teams to ensure a smooth client experience • Help develop processes to improve inbound sales performance Qualifications: • Strong sales, intake, or customer service experience required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professional and polished with strong English communication skills • Comfortable working with clients and coworkers from diverse backgrounds • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads at once • Homecare, healthcare, or service-based sales experience is a plus This is a great opportunity to join a growing homecare organization and play a key role in expanding services across multiple states.
