Chief of Staff Salary: $300K+ base salary, plus performance-based incentives A growing neurology and neurosurgery provider group is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to oversee daily operations, optimize organizational performance, and drive business growth. This executive will manage cross-functional teams, support department leaders, ensure operational efficiency, and expand the practice by developing new hospital partnerships and provider contracts. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day medical operations across multiple departments. Manage and mentor staff while supporting department managers with workflow planning and execution. Drive business development by securing new hospital contracts and cultivating relationships with healthcare executives. Ensure efficient operations and support the continued growth of the organization. Qualifications: Prior experience in medical operations with a strong understanding of medical terminology. Proven success in business development and provider relations within the healthcare industry. Experience managing medical staff and cross-functional teams. Background in leadership roles such as Head of Clinical Operations, Head of Provider Relations, Head of Faculty Practice , or a similar executive position preferred. Location: Manhattan and Westchester, NY Compensation: $300K+ base salary, plus incentives tied to business growth.
