Sales Manager Compensation: $130,000 + Benefits Location: Remote A leading pharmaceutical distribution company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of National Account Managers while driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. This role combines sales leadership, business development, strategic planning, and team performance management. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of 3–5 sales professionals, utilizing KPIs and performance metrics to drive results. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Identify and secure new business opportunities with pharmacies, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare organizations. Manage key customer relationships and support customer retention initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies. Forecast sales performance and provide regular reporting to leadership. Implement sales processes and best practices to improve team effectiveness. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure customer success and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution sales experience. 3+ years of sales management experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, including generics, vaccines, injectables, and related distribution channels. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. Experience managing inside sales teams and high-volume revenue portfolios is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and CRM skills.
