Regional Director of Operations & Clinical Services Location: Oklahoma Compensation: $150,000–$170,000 base + bonus opportunity Overview Growing skilled nursing ownership group is seeking a high-level Regional Director to oversee both operational and clinical performance across a portfolio of six nursing facilities in Oklahoma, with additional growth anticipated. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who can think strategically while remaining hands-on in day-to-day execution. The position will oversee facility Administrators, clinical leadership, staffing performance, regulatory readiness, census initiatives, operational accountability, and overall facility performance across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to balance strong clinical outcomes with operational and financial performance in a skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day regional operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities Provide leadership, support, and accountability to facility Administrators and DONs Drive performance related to clinical outcomes, staffing, census, labor management, and financial operations Monitor and improve survey readiness, quality measures, compliance, and regulatory performance Partner closely with ownership on operational strategy and future growth initiatives Help build scalable systems and infrastructure as the organization expands Review KPIs and operational metrics across facilities and implement improvement plans where needed Support recruitment, retention, and development of facility leadership teams Ensure strong communication and alignment between operational and clinical departments Travel regularly between facilities throughout Oklahoma Qualifications Multi-facility skilled nursing leadership experience required Strong background in SNF operations and clinical oversight Experience leading Nursing Home Administrators and clinical leadership teams Strong understanding of SNF financial operations, staffing, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance Proven ability to improve facility performance and drive accountability Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience in growth, turnaround, or scaling environments strongly preferred RN and/or LNHA strongly preferred Exceptional experienced LPN candidates with significant multi-facility SNF leadership experience will also be considered Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunity Long-term growth opportunity with expanding ownership group Mileage and travel reimbursement Benefits package to be discussed If you have experience leading skilled nursing facilities at a regional level and are interested in helping build and scale a growing organization, we’d love to speak with you.
