A growing medical billing organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Director of Operations to oversee daily operations, team management, and client service delivery. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with strong operational and medical billing experience who can drive efficiency, accountability, and growth. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations Manage a team of approximately 15 employees Monitor scheduling, attendance, PTO, and performance Serve as a primary contact for client accounts Supervise medical billing operations and ensure accuracy Handle employee management and operational HR functions Improve workflows and operational processes Ensure high service standards across in-house and offshore teams Qualifications Operations management experience, preferably in medical billing or healthcare Strong understanding of medical billing processes Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Hands-on, accountable management style Experience with ClinicalWorks, NextGen, Office Ally, or similar systems preferred Multi-specialty billing experience a plus Compensation & Benefits $100,000–$150,000 salary (based on experience) Full-time position Leadership role with growth potential Collaborative and professional work environment About the Employer An established medical billing company operating both in-house and offshore billing teams.
