Job description
An established non-profit organization is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Fundraiser to manage donor relationships, fundraising campaigns, and special events. Working closely with senior leadership, this individual will focus on cultivating existing donors, strengthening long-term engagement, and helping drive organizational growth through successful fundraising initiatives. Location: Boro Park, Monsey, Lakewood, or Monroe Responsibilities Manage and strengthen relationships with existing donors, including major and VIP donors Execute fundraising campaigns from planning through completion Coordinate fundraising events and donor engagement activities Maintain regular communication with donors and supporters Track fundraising efforts, donor activity, and campaign performance Identify opportunities to increase donor participation and giving levels Attend donor meetings, events, and community functions Assist with donor outreach and prospecting efforts Partner with leadership to achieve fundraising goals Qualifications Experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development, sales, or account management Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and community leaders Excellent communication and presentation abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Self-motivated with strong follow-through Event planning or fundraising campaign experience preferred Experience with CRM or donor management systems is a plus Professional, personable, and mission-driven Compensation & Benefits $100,000 base salary plus commission (based on experience) Strong earning potential Growth-oriented work environment Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership About the Employer A mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the community through impactful programs and initiatives.
