Job Description:

A growing Health Care organization is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee key accounting and financial operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with healthcare and financial regulations, and providing meaningful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise, healthcare industry experience, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Healthcare, hospice, home health, or post-acute care industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
