Handyman Wanted – Part-Time (Brooklyn) We're looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to help maintain residential apartment buildings in Brooklyn. Responsibilities: Respond to service requests and complete repairs General repairs and maintenance Basic plumbing and electrical repairs Painting, patching, and touch-ups Troubleshoot maintenance issues Schedule: Full time Pay: 65k - 80k Experience in general building maintenance Reliable and able to work independently Good communication skills A car is a plus. We provide a monthly transportation stipend to help cover travel expenses.
