Description
A kosher kitchen in Lakewood is seeking a skilled Cook/Chef to assist with food preparation and production. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Middle Eastern or Mediterranean-style foods who is comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to prepare a variety of items while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

What You’ll Do
• Prepare and cook items such as kibbeh, meat sambusak, empanadas, and cigars
• Roll out dough for lachmagene and similar items
• Cut, prepare, and bread chicken
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
