Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Licensing Manager to join a dynamic wholesale accessories company in New York City. This role is ideal for someone who understands brand partnerships, product licensing, and the importance of maintaining strong relationships while ensuring compliance across all licensing activities.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple licensing accounts in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day licensing activities across multiple brands and product categories

• Serve as the main point of contact for licensors, internal teams, and external partners

• Review and track licensing agreements, deadlines, approvals, and renewals

• Coordinate product submissions and ensure all items meet brand guidelines and approval requirements

• Work closely with design, sales, and production teams to support licensed product development

• Maintain accurate records of contracts, royalty reports, and licensing documentation

• Monitor compliance with licensing terms and help resolve any issues in a timely manner
