Job Title: Warehouse Manager – Wholesale Cell Phones

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of a wholesale cell phone distribution warehouse. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, supervise warehouse staff, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain efficient receiving, storage, and shipping processes while meeting company quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse employees to ensure productivity and safety.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management and inventory software.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer and dealer orders.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers.
• Inspect cell phones and accessories for quality and accuracy before shipment.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Monitor warehouse performance and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
