Position Overview

We are seeking two detail-oriented Production Designers to join our growing team. This role is focused on executing high-volume packaging production with precision, consistency, and accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured production environment, enjoys working with established design systems, and has a strong understanding of print production and packaging workflows.

This is an excellent opportunity for a production-focused designer who excels at managing multiple SKUs, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering production-ready assets.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging files with precision, ensuring all artwork is production-ready.
• Create and update packaging labels, instruction manuals, inserts, and other print collateral.
• Manage artwork revisions, version control, and rolling updates across multiple product lines.
• Prepare print-ready files, including bleeds, color accuracy, typography, alignment, and production specifications.
• Maintain organized digital file systems to support efficient production and future updates.
• Extend approved packaging designs across multiple SKUs while maintaining consistency.
• Apply established visual systems while ensuring clear differentiation between product variants.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and production teams to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all packaging files meet printer and manufacturing requirements.
• Perform quality checks to maintain accuracy across all production deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in packaging design, production design, or print production.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and production workflows.
• Ability to manage high-volume production work within structured design systems.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
