Position Overview

A contemporary women's fashion wholesale company is seeking a personable, fashion-forward Sales Assistant to support the sales team and help grow customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily account management and customer communications.
• Assist with showroom appointments, product presentations, and buyer meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective wholesale customers.
• Follow up with buyers regarding orders, samples, and product availability.
• Process sales orders and assist with order tracking and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain showroom samples and ensure merchandise is presented professionally.
• Stay current on fashion trends, market developments, and customer preferences.
• Assist with additional sales and administrative projects as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Previous experience in wholesale fashion, apparel sales, or showroom sales is preferred but not required.
• Sharp, fashion-conscious, and knowledgeable about current industry trends.
