Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to the CEO Location: New York, NY (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) Salary: $60,000–$65,000 Looking for Your Big Career Opportunity? What You'll Do No two days will be the same. You'll help keep the CEO, projects, and the business running smoothly by: Managing the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities Tracking multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met Following up with team members to keep projects moving Organizing meetings, notes, action items, and project timelines Assisting with client communications and administrative tasks Conducting research and handling special projects Supporting marketing initiatives and coordinating social media activities Monitoring trends across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms Helping organize content calendars and marketing campaigns Creating systems and staying one step ahead of what needs to happen next Who You Are You don't need years of experience—but you do need exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate is: Extremely organized and naturally detail-oriented Someone who notices the small things others miss Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and current trends Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball Resourceful, proactive, and dependable A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Excited to work in a fast-paced startup where every day is different Positive, professional, and eager to grow Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (recent graduates are encouraged to apply) Internship or 1-2 years of administrative, marketing, project coordination, or executive support experience is a plus—but not required Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with Canva, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools is a plus Why You'll Love This Role This isn't just an administrative position—it's a career-launching opportunity.
