Real Estate Paralegal — Brooklyn, NY Breuer Herskowitz Weinberger LLP, a Brooklyn-based real estate law firm, is hiring paralegals to support our attorneys with residential and commercial closings. This is a full-time, in-office position. No experience or degree required. We are happy to train the right person from the ground up. You do not need a paralegal certificate, a college degree, or any prior law firm experience to apply. What matters most is that you are organized, a clear communicator, reliable, and eager to learn. What you will do:Assist attorneys in preparing closing documents, order and review title searches and payoffs, coordinate with lenders, brokers, and other parties to keep transactions on schedule, maintain client files, and help prepare closing statements. What we are looking for:Strong attention to detail, comfort with deadlines, good written and verbal communication, and basic computer proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel). Any exposure to real estate, title work, or office administration is a plus but not necessary.
