About the Position A growing healthcare company is seeking an experienced, reliable, and skilled Per Diem Medical Assistant to provide in-home patient care throughout Boro Park and Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This is a traveling, on-the-road position. Applicants must have their own reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable traveling independently between patient homes. Because this is a per diem role, candidates must have strong hands-on clinical experience and be able to complete patient visits confidently and independently. Expected Start Date: September 2026 Interviews and hiring will take place in advance. Candidates must be available to begin working in September. Schedule Per diem | Shifts available as needed Available shifts may include: Sunday: 10:00 AM–11:00 PM Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–11:00 PM Friday: Approximately 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Please note: The Friday shift may eventually transition to a Saturday night shift from approximately 6:00 PM–12:00 AM. Candidates should have flexible availability, including evenings, Sundays, Fridays, and occasional weekend shifts. Responsibilities Travel independently to patients’ homes throughout Boro Park and Williamsburg Obtain and accurately document vital signs Perform throat and nasal swabs Complete urine testing, cultures, rapid testing, and specimen collection Label and handle specimens correctly Upload complete and accurate visit documentation Communicate professionally with patients, families, providers, and Dispatch Follow all patient-care procedures and company protocols Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality Keep medical equipment and supplies clean, organized, and ready for use Provide calm, compassionate, and professional care during every visit Blood-draw experience, especially pediatric phlebotomy experience, is strongly preferred but not required. Requirements Strong previous Medical Assistant experience is required Primary care or urgent care experience is required Must be confident completing patient visits independently Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle Comfortable traveling throughout Boro Park and Williamsburg Comfortable working with pediatric and adult patients Strong communication and customer-service skills Reliable, punctual, organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable using a tablet, mobile applications, and digital documentation systems Evening, Sunday, Friday, and weekend availability is preferred Must be available to start in September 2026 Pay and Benefits Pay: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience Paid training Gas reimbursement Paid time off Opportunities for additional shifts Opportunities for growth and advancement Job Type: Per DiemExpected Start Date: September 2026Location: Boro Park and Williamsburg, BrooklynWork Location: On the road To apply, please Whatapp your resume to +1 (929) 792-4361.
