A Heimish company located in Borough Park is hiring a full-time, in-house IT Support Technician to keep our offices running smoothly. You'll be our go-to person for everyday technology - setting up computers and new users, troubleshooting headset, Wi-Fi, and printer issues, configuring phones, and coordinating with our IT provider on anything bigger. We're looking for someone tech-savvy (you don't need to be a career IT pro), reliable, and genuinely motivated to help wherever needed — including traveling between our nearby offices when necessary. What you'll do:• Set up new employees, computers, monitors, printers, and phones• Troubleshoot everyday tech issues (e.g. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, printers, logins, etc)• Create and manage user accounts in Outlook / Microsoft 365• Coordinate with our managed IT provider on larger issues• Keep equipment, inventory, and supplies organized What we're looking for:• Strong general tech skills and a can-do, helpful attitude• Comfort with Windows PCs and Microsoft 365• Reliable, organized, and friendly with non-technical staff• Valid driver's license and willing to travel between offices• No IT degree required - we care most about aptitude and reliability Full-time, on-site in Borough Park.
