Hiring: Salesforce Data Manager

Job description

Charity Studio works with a select group of larger Jewish organizations to build more organized, professional, and sustainable development operations. This position will work directly with the Charity Studio team and our clients to strengthen donor data, fundraising systems, and donor engagement. Key responsibilities: Maintain clean, accurate contact, account, donation, and payment data Monitor and resolve data-quality issues Create reports, dashboards, and donor segments Analyze giving patterns and help fundraisers prioritize donor outreach Build systems and processes that improve data management Requirements: 2+ years of Salesforce experience Strong proficiency with Salesforce NPSP and ChabadOne Experience with data cleanup, data architecture, reports, and dashboards Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership Active user of AI tools, particularly Claude Remote positionFull-time and part-time options available Apply at: https://www.charity.studio/hiring
