Warehouse Operations Associate Chamber 13 | Red Hook, Brooklyn Position Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented, physically capable person to join our warehouse team during our expansion phase. This is a temporary position with strong potential to transition to full-time permanent employment based on performance and fit. Compensation & Terms Rate: $20/hour (on the books) Duration: Temporary, with opportunity for long-term role based on performance Location: Red Hook, Brooklyn Primary Responsibilities Order Picking: Accurately select items from inventory based on order specifications Sorting & Organization: Sort incoming and outgoing inventory by brand, size, condition, and destination Box Preparation: Assemble, pack, and prepare boxes for shipment Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe; assist with ongoing warehouse optimization About This Role We're in an active learning and optimization phase as we scale our operations. You'll work directly with our operations team to understand our systems, processes, and the brands we carry (Chrome Hearts, Rick Owens, Amiri, Gallery Dept., and more). This is an ideal role for someone who wants to learn warehouse operations from the ground up and potentially grow into a permanent position.
