We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Enrollment Coordinator to join our warm, all-women office in Boro Park. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and helping families. You'll be guiding families through enrollment in a city-funded program that provides meaningful support. Since the program offers real value, conversations are positive and rewarding—you'll be helping people access benefits that can truly make a difference. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails from families. Explain the city-funded program and answer questions. Guide applicants through the enrollment process. Collect and organize required documentation. Maintain accurate records and update participant information. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Work closely with the enrollment team to ensure families receive timely assistance. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, patient, and enjoys helping others. Organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Professional with excellent communication skills. Reliable and eager to grow in an office environment. Qualifications 18 + Customer service or office experience is helpful but not necessary—we're happy to train the right candidate. Basic computer skills.
