Salary: $80K – $120K

Job Description:

A growing e-commerce company seeking someone to expand the company’s product catalog by developing new SKUs and scaling existing ones through new variations, colors, pack sizes, and product lines while managing the full sourcing lifecycle from concept through first purchase order. The Product Sourcing & Development Specialist researches suppliers, requests pricing, reviews samples, ensures quality and compliance, coordinates packaging and revisions, and drives each product to final approval before transitioning it to purchasing and logistics. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple product projects at once.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sourcing, manufacturing, or vendor management preferred
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and persistent
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
