Teacher Assistant Mill Basin Yeshiva Academy is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our team. The Teacher Assistant will work closely with the classroom teacher to support daily instruction, assist with classroom management, prepare materials, supervise students, and help create a positive, nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, flexible, and enjoys working with children. Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher with daily instructional activities Support students individually and in small groups Help prepare classroom materials and learning centers Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, and transitions Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet students’ needs Qualifications: Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Warm, positive attitude and a genuine passion for education Join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students!
