SCN Program ManagerThe SCN Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the SCN team and ensure members are screened, enrolled, and connected to services accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities include:• Lead, train, and support screeners and other SCN staff.• Monitor staff productivity, quality, and follow-up.• Ensure screenings, eligibility reviews, documentation, and service delivery are completed correctly.• Track cases from initial screening through enrollment and service completion.• Resolve issues with Unite Us, PHS, service providers, and internal departments.• Maintain compliance with program requirements and billing guidelines.• Review program data, identify workflow problems, and implement improvements.• Assist with staff scheduling, hiring, and onboarding.• Provide regular reports to leadership on volume, performance, and outstanding issues.• Take ownership of expanding and improving the program.Qualifications:• Strong leadership and organizational skills.• Ability to manage staff and hold people accountable.• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting systems, and online platforms.• Able to understand and apply detailed program requirements.
