Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Paraprofessional Are you energetic, caring, and passionate about helping children grow? We are looking for a dedicated RBT/Paraprofessional! In this role, you will work closely with children who need additional behavioral, social, communication, or academic support. You will help each child build important skills, gain independence, and experience success throughout the school day. Responsibilities • Provide individualized support to assigned students • Follow behavior intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA • Assist students with communication, social, academic, and daily living skills • Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior • Support students during classroom activities, transitions, meals, and play • Use positive reinforcement and proactive behavior strategies • Help maintain a safe, structured, and encouraging environment • Communicate professionally with teachers, therapists, supervisors, and families • Protect student privacy and maintain confidentiality Qualifications • Current RBT certification preferred • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred • Patient, dependable, compassionate, and energetic • Able to follow behavior plans and accept feedback from supervisors Opportunities to gain valuable ABA experience Position Details Location: Crown Heights Pay: 17-25 (Possibility for more!)
