Senior Designer12/25/2025​A marketing agency in Brooklyn is seeking a Senior Designer with a strong background in brand development. This role is ideal for a creative professional who has previously worked extensively on brand identity projects and has at least 3 years of experience in design. The Senior Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual language of client brands, ensuring consistency and innovation across all platforms.Responsibilities:- Lead the design process for brand identity projects, from concept to execution.- Create logos, typography systems, color palettes, and other brand assets.- Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, and the marketing team to bring brand concepts to life.- Develop guidelines and ensure brand consistency across digital and print channels.- Present polished design concepts to clients and internal teams.- Stay current with design trends and apply them thoughtfully to client work.Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in branding and marketing.- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity projects.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.On-site in Brooklyn, Full Timehttps://jobs.blackbirdrecruiting.com/job-details/?job_id=3506391
