Per Diem Graphic Designer01/03/2026Hebrew Free Burial AssociationThe Hebrew Free Burial Association is seeking a part-time, per diem Graphic Designer to collaborate with our editorial team on the design and layout of our print and digital newsletter.Role OverviewThis role focuses on transforming written content into a visually engaging, clear, and mission-aligned newsletter. The designer will work closely with editors to ensure consistency, readability, and professional presentation across both print and digital formats.Key Responsibilities • Design and layout a recurring newsletter (print and digital versions) • Collaborate with the editorial team on structure, flow, and visual hierarchy • Apply consistent branding, typography, and formatting • Prepare files for print production and digital distribution • Make revisions based on editorial feedback and deadlinesQualifications • Proven experience in graphic design, particularly newsletters or editorial layouts • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent • Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting • Experience with print-ready files a plusPosition Details • Status: Part-time / Per Diem • Location: Remote • Schedule: Project-based, as neededPlease send a brief introduction and relevant samples or portfolio to [email protected]
