Creative Designer

Are you creative, detail-oriented, with a strong eye for style and design?

Responsibilities:
- Research and source inspiration for new styles and collections
- Communicate design concepts to technical designers and guide CAD sketches
- Select fabrics that align with the design vision
- Collaborate with the design team to refine and approve final designs
- Manage product information in the PLM system
- Review incoming samples and provide clear feedback for revisions

Qualifications:
- Strong creative eye and ability to develop design concepts
- Ability to translate ideas into clear direction
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage product data
- Good understanding of fabrics and materials

Sketching not required; strong written and digital communication skills are essential.

20-25 hours/week, Lakewood/Squankum area
