UX/UI Designer

Location: Newark/Lakewood

Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, user-centered experiences that elevate the overall quality of our digital platform
- Translate product requirements and user needs into thoughtful, polished UI solutions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to define long-term strategy while consistently delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively seek collaboration and feedback across teams and disciplines throughout the organization
- Use research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions
- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility as priorities shift and evolve

Requirements:
- A strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and high-quality UI execution
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and stakeholder input effectively
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions
- Passion for design trends, emerging technologies, and continuous learning
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
