You will champion the visual identity for a diverse roster of brands, with a heavy emphasis on digital and social media ecosystems. You won't just be managing—you’ll be creating, concepting, and leading a small, dedicated team of designers to bring multi-platform campaigns to life. You will bridge the gap between our clients' business objectives and stunning visual narratives.Key Responsibilities- Creative Leadership & Branding: Define, evolve, and maintain the visual identity for client accounts. Ensure all design outputs align with strategic marketing goals.- Social Media Mastery: Conceptualize and execute high-performing, trend-forward visual assets for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. You know what makes people stop scrolling.- Bilingual Design Execution: Create, adapt, and oversee compelling marketing and advertising designs that incorporate both English and Hebrew typography and messaging.- Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of junior-to-mid-level team members. Provide constructive feedback, and foster professional growth within the agency.- Hands-on Execution: Act as the lead designer on high-stakes projects, pitches, and major campaigns. You are as comfortable pushing pixels as you are directing them.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with copywriters, account managers, content strategists, and video editors to launch cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.A link to your online portfolio is required to be considered for this role.
