Network of child care agencies in Brooklyn NY is looking for an experienced HR Department Manager to Manage and oversee the HR Department. Applicants need to have a broad knowledge of the legal requirements according to the City, State and Federal regulations. Applicants will oversee the entire HR process from Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Payroll and Benefits. Required skills are; Leadership, Team Building, Communication, Tolerance and Patience. This is a full time position. Requirements Years of experience: N/A College degree strongly preferred Ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse background and cultural population Ability to manage cases without constant or direct supervision A commitment to the mission and programs of AMC Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills Ability to have good working relationship with supervisors, staff, parents and outside personnel Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks Child Abuse trainings required and recertified as needed Must have a clean criminal record and no child abuse record Must Pass Fingerprinting with the DOI & DOE Physical and PPD clearance required Contact Info Email: [email protected] Phone: (347) 955-4655
